Additionally, two more podcasts are available for members of ADT. In the first, Women in Workplace: Emerging as Women in Leadership, I use my experience and information I’ve compiled from hundreds of other successful women in the workplace to discuss what senior leaders are looking for in emerging female leaders. I answer the question, how can women better position themselves for recognition?
In Women in the Workplace: Females Finding Mentors, I share what women should look for in a mentor – do they have to be a women? How many mentors should one person have? How do you invite someone to be your mentor?
The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a professional membership organization that supports groups like Women Evolution. Their goal is to assist the talent development profession by providing various resources – from research and books to webcasts, events and education programs. The ATD hosts several conferences each year including the annual International Conference and Expo coming up in May at which I will be in attendance representing Women Evolution at Booth #837.
